About Us

Joe Rinaldi is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. He first started scuba diving in 1977, diving mostly in Long Island sound or in local lakes.  Over the years of diving he had the good fortune to dive in a number of interesting locations, including Hawaii, Bonaire, Belize, Curacao, Grand Cayman, Florida, North Carolina & Truck, Micronesia (but he still does a lot of local diving especially in 1,000 Islands, NY).
He also started taking classes to improve his scuba skills.
In 2010 he decided to challenge himself with the PADI Divemaster course.

In 2012, with the help of some excellent instructors, he became a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.

In 2014 he continued his journey and became a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.  Along the way, he have developed a love of wreck and Technical diving.  he also enjoys traveling to new and interesting places.
James Bayreuther is a Padi IDC Staff, PADI Technical Instructor, Emergency First Response Instructor Trainer.

He started diving in 1986 because it was something he always wanted to do. He did a lot of local diving on Long island sound the first few years than only dived when on vacation.

In 2004 he started diving regularly with a local dive shop and began to take several specialties such as Wreck diver, Dry Suit and Nitrox. He started to feel the need to go deeper so he became certified at Decompression procedures, Advanced nitrox and Extended range.
In 2007 he was certified as a PADI Dive Master and began working at the local shop part time. He really enjoyed working with students so he became a PADI Open water scuba instructor in 2009.

In 2010 he went out on his own and started DIVE RIGHT SCUBA. He has developed and put together an outstanding dive staff that shares his beliefs on customer service, Safety and Fun.
Lets face it, if it wasn’t fun we wouldn’t be teaching and people wouldn’t be diving.
